How does Lithofin FUGEX work?

Lithofin FUGEX works by dissolving and loosening resin residues from the surface. For one-component (1K) resin joint mortar residues, the product is diluted with water in a ratio of 1:5, applied to a pre-wetted surface, and left to act for about 20 minutes, then rinsed off with plenty of clean water. For two-component (2K) resin joint mortar residues, Lithofin FUGEX is applied undiluted to dry tiles and evenly distributed. After a contact time of 60 minutes (or up to 2 hours for stubborn residues), the product is scrubbed and rinsed off. The application time varies depending on the temperature and degree of contamination.

For one-component resin joint mortar, the consumption is approximately 30 m² per liter, depending on the porosity of the substrate. For two-component resin joint mortar, the consumption is about 3-5 m² per liter.

Store Lithofin FUGEX sealed and cool. The product has a shelf life of about 2 years in its original packaging.

Lithofin FUGEX contains no chlorinated hydrocarbons but does contain organic solvents. The packaging is made of recyclable polyethylene (PE).
