Lithofin Cotto Pre-Wax is UV-resistant, does not yellow, and has little impact on the appearance of treated surfaces, making it an excellent choice for floors in areas prone to stains, such as kitchens and dining rooms.
How does Lithofin Cotto Pre-Wax work?
Lithofin Cotto Pre-Wax is applied directly to a clean, dry, and stain-free floor with a mop or sponge, or it can be applied with a garden sprayer and then evenly distributed. After application, the product forms a thin protective layer that penetrates deeply into the tile pores, providing protection against stains and dirt. For highly porous surfaces, a second layer is recommended after 30-40 minutes. The product dries within an hour and should be followed by a final treatment with Lithofin Cotto Wax-Finish to achieve an additional protective and glossy layer. The product is not suitable for factory-pretreated, waxed, or salt-glazed surfaces.

Store in a frost-free, dry place; the shelf life is up to two years in an unopened package.
