For optimal performance, ensure the surface is well-prepared: sanded, clean, and dry. In cases of tropical hardwoods or arid conditions, Bona Retarder can be added to increase open time and mitigate potential overlaps and discoloration.

After sanding, ensure all dust is removed before applying one or two layers of Bona Topcoat. Note: Bona Intense is not suitable as a final coat and should not be used with Bona Mega EVO topcoat.

To maintain the quality of your wooden floors, ensure the wood is acclimatized and the substrate is well-prepared before treatment. Bona Intense should be applied exclusively on untreated wood surfaces and not combined with paints or oils. Be aware that natural ingredients in tropical woods or softwoods may extend drying times. Always perform a small test patch to verify the desired color and appearance. Store Bona Intense between +5°C and +30°C, adhering to safety guidelines for use.
