The Eco Concrete Seal 2K HD forms a resilient protective layer, safeguarding your floors from wear and damage. The product comes in two components (A and B) to be mixed in a 5:1 ratio. Ensure the mixture is used within its 2-hour pot life. For best results, prime the surface with Blue Dolphin Eco Concrete Primer, which needs a drying time of 2-3 hours before varnish application. The varnish can be diluted with 10% water for even application and should be applied wet-on-wet. A third coat can be applied after 3-4 hours of drying or after 12 hours with light polishing for enhanced adhesion.

Ensure the floor is clean, dry, and free from grease or dust. Begin with Blue Dolphin Eco Concrete Primer and let it dry for 2-3 hours. Mix components A and B of the Eco Concrete Seal 2K HD in a 5:1 ratio, adding 10% water. Let it settle for a few minutes, then apply the first coat with a 9 or 11 mm microfiber roller. A second coat can be applied after 3-4 hours. If applying a third coat after 12 hours, lightly polish the floor first. The floor becomes walkable with care after 24 hours, achieving full hardness in 10 to 14 days.

Maintenance Advice

Maintain the finish by using Blue Dolphin Multi Cleaner regularly. Monthly, apply Blue Dolphin Soft Balm to reinforce the protective layer. Use 1 cap of cleaner per 2 liters of water, applied evenly with a spray mop. After 20 minutes, the surface can be polished with a cotton cloth. Store the varnish in a cool environment in its original packaging to preserve quality.

Usage Tips and Warnings

Before application, ensure the concrete surface is completely dry and free from dust. Use a roller or brush for even coverage. Avoid applying the sealant in temperatures below 10°C or above 30°C, and ensure adequate ventilation during application and drying.
