With James Extra Mat you also get a dirt -repellent finish that gives your floor an extra matte appearance. We recommend the use on even dark floors, because it can cause stripes after drying. One bottle of James Extra Mat is sufficient for around 20 m2. Before applying this product to your floor or if you want to apply a new layer after some time, you must first clean the floor with James Basic cleaner.
