What is Lithofin LÖSEFIX?
Lithofin LÖSEFIX is a ready-to-use cleaning agent specifically developed for removing stubborn organic contaminants such as wax, oil, grease, tar, and fresh paint. This product contains a balanced combination of active solvents and cleaning components that are effective against various types of dirt. Lithofin LÖSEFIX is suitable for use on different surfaces such as natural and decorative concrete, ceramics, tiles, clay and clinker tiles, and concrete plaster. It can be used both indoors and outdoors and makes the contaminants removable with water.
How the product works
Lithofin LÖSEFIX works by dissolving organic contaminants and making them removable with water. Apply the product undiluted to the dry surface and spread it evenly. Allow it to act for 5 to 20 minutes, depending on the degree of contamination. Then scrub the surface thoroughly and remove the loosened contaminants with a wet vacuum or mop. Finally, rinse the surface thoroughly with clean water. For very strong contamination, the treatment can be repeated on the dried surface. The product is emulsifiable in water, making it easy to rinse off without leaving residues.

Instructions for use
For the best result with Lithofin LÖSEFIX, apply the product undiluted to the dry surface. Spread it evenly and allow it to act for 5 to 20 minutes. Scrub the surface thoroughly and remove the loosened contaminants with a wet vacuum or mop. Rinse the surface well with clean water. For very strong contamination, you can repeat the treatment. Note that the product should not be used on rubber, perspex, plastic, linoleum, asphalt tiles, paint, newly lacquered surfaces, and other surfaces sensitive to solvents. In case of doubt, always test the product on an inconspicuous area first.
Storage and safety advice
Lithofin LÖSEFIX should be stored in a cool and dry place, preferably under 25°C. The product has a shelf life of approximately four years. The surfactants in the product are biodegradable according to European Regulation (EC) No. 648/2004. Empty and dry containers can be recycled through collection systems. The product contains ingredients such as aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons and limonene, which may cause skin irritation and allergic reactions. Always wear protective gloves, clothing, eye protection, and face protection during use. In case of ingestion, immediately contact a poison control center or doctor, and do not induce vomiting. Keep the product out of the reach of children.
