The Lobadur 2K Invisible Protect AT is an innovative water-based surface protection for parquet and wooden floors. This product is designed to withstand high stress while preserving the natural appearance and texture of untreated wood. Due to high-quality raw materials, the invisible layer is extremely scratch-resistant and elastic, with excellent chemical and abrasion resistance. This protection is ideal for heavily used areas such as work floors and offers certified anti-slip performance according to BGR 181. Moreover, there are no gloss spots, and the original color of the wood remains intact, without deepening the color.

How the product works

The Lobadur 2K Invisible Protect AT is supplied in two components. The A component must be well shaken, after which the hardener is added in a ratio of 10:1 and mixed. After mixing, the product is workable for two hours. The surface must be professionally sanded with a maximum wood moisture content of 12%, and free from old layers, oil, grease, silicones, sanding dust, and other contaminants. The material should not be poured directly onto the floor; use a lacquer bucket for this. The product is ready to use and does not need to be diluted. After application, the room should be well ventilated.

For renovation or recoating old layers, the surface must be thoroughly cleaned and sanded before applying the Lobadur 2K Invisible Protect AT in one layer.

Maintenance

For the maintenance of floors treated with Lobadur 2K Invisible Protect AT, regular cleaning is sufficient. Do not use damp cleaning before the final hardness is achieved. Tools should be cleaned with water immediately after use. Low temperatures, higher humidity, and poor ventilation can extend the drying time. For periodic maintenance and to extend the lifespan of the protective layer, the floor can be lightly sanded and re-lacquered with Lobadur 2K Invisible Protect AT.
