How to Remove Oil Stains from Natural Stone Floors
Challenges in Removing Oil Stains from Natural Stone Floors
Oil stains on natural stone floors are stubborn and difficult to remove. These stains penetrate deep into the porous surface of the stone, making traditional cleaning methods often ineffective. This can result in permanent stains that diminish the appearance of your floor. Especially in kitchens, garages, and other high-traffic areas, it is important to find a solution that thoroughly addresses these stains without damaging the stone.
Thorough Cleaning with Lithofin OIL-EX
Lithofin OIL-EX is specially developed to remove stubborn oil and grease stains from natural stone floors. This product is a ready-to-use, gel-like paste that penetrates deep into the stone and dissolves the stains. Apply Lithofin OIL-EX thickly to the dry surface, about 2 mm thick, and let it dry for 12 hours. Cover it with foil if necessary to prevent it from drying too quickly. Once the paste has turned completely white, it can be easily wiped away. For deeper stains, the treatment can be repeated. This product is ideal for use on kitchen countertops, garage floors, and other absorbent surfaces.
