How to remove grease and oil from natural stone surfaces?
How can I remove grease and oil from my natural stone floors without damaging them?
Natural stone floors are popular for their durability and elegant appearance. However, grease and oil stains can quickly mar these floors and be difficult to remove. This is a common problem especially in kitchens and dining rooms. Using aggressive cleaning agents can damage the floor and diminish its natural shine. It is therefore important to use an effective and safe cleaning agent specifically designed for natural stone.
Use Lithofin MN Power-Clean to safely and effectively remove grease and oil from natural stone surfaces
Lithofin MN Power-Clean is a mildly alkaline cleaning agent without solvents, specifically designed for cleaning natural stone. This product makes oil, grease, gloss layers, and residues of floor maintenance products soluble and removes light cement residue and general dirt. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use on polished, finely ground, and rough marble and natural stone, concrete stone, and artificial stone such as quartz composite.
For use, dilute Lithofin MN Power-Clean with up to ten parts water depending on the degree of soiling. Apply it to the floor, spread it evenly, and let it work for 10-20 minutes. Then scrub the floor if necessary and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. For stubborn dirt, the process can be repeated with a higher concentration or longer exposure time. Ensure that the product does not dry on the floor.
Lithofin MN Power-Clean is ideal for thoroughly cleaning heavily soiled surfaces and for cleaning new tile work after installation. With a consumption of approximately 5-10 m² per liter (diluted up to 30 m² per liter), this product is suitable for both small and large areas. Other specialized Lithofin products are available for removing stubborn stains or cement residue.
