How the product works
Thomsit P625 works through a chemical reaction between its two components, resin, and hardener. When used, these components are mixed into a homogeneous mixture, which is then evenly applied to the substrate with a suitable trowel. The adhesive bonds quickly and provides a strong, durable connection between the wooden floor and the substrate. The product has a working time of approximately 60 minutes, and the floor is walkable after 24 hours. For optimal adhesion, it is important that the substrate is clean, dry, and free of dust and grease.

Instructions for use

Mix the content for at least 2 minutes with an electric drill equipped with a stirrer until a homogeneous mixture is achieved. Apply the adhesive evenly to the substrate using a suitable trowel, depending on the type of wooden floor. Ensure that the underside of the wood is adequately coated with adhesive, and avoid adhesive on the edges. After laying the floor planks, remove the spacers and allow the floor to cure for at least 24 hours before walking or sanding.
Maintenance and advice
To ensure long-lasting adhesion and optimal indoor air quality, ensure the substrate is completely dry and clean before bonding. Follow recommended working conditions and provide good ventilation during and after applying the adhesive. Avoid contact with skin and eyes, and wear protective clothing and gloves while working with the adhesive. Clean tools immediately after use with industrial spirits. Thomsit P625 has an approximate shelf life of 12 months when stored in a cool, dry place. Fully cured product residues can be disposed of as industrial waste.
